Gary Gwilliam is considered one of the best consumer trial attorneys in the state. His reputation and skill in representing seriously injured plaintiffs is well known. He has tried over 180 jury cases, of which almost 150 were plaintiff civil personal injury cases. He has handled major cases in every area of consumer law, including serious automobile and construction accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, bad faith insurance, civil rights (including police misconduct), wrongful termination and employment discrimination and harassment, and has recently concentrated more in employment law.

Jayme L. Ms. Walker is actively involved in the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and is a board member on the Alameda Contra Costa County Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Walker was named by California Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2014. When she’s not fighting for justice, she enjoys playing guitar and singing with her husband, yoga, backpacking and cooking.
Robert Schwartz is a graduate from the University of Michigan. He graduated with honors and received a BA in English. In 2007 he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon. He was also the recipient of certificates in Public Interest and Public Service Law, Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Pro Bono.

Tarik earned a B.A. in Political Science from Santa Clara University. In 2016, he received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. During Law School, Tarik work for Gwilliam Ivary as a Law Clerk. He also worked for the Workers’ Rights Clinic at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center.
