Randall E. Strauss

Managing Partner

Randall E. Strauss is a leading employment litigation attorney with an impressive record of success.

Mr. Strauss was involved in a complex employment discrimination involving 130 plaintiffs who alleged that they were wrongfully terminated because of their age. The case proceeded for more than six years and two trials, then finally settled for $37.25 million. For his work on the case, Randall Strauss and his partners, Gary Gwilliam, and Robert Schwartz, were finalists for the 2016 Trial Lawyer of the Year award given by Public Justice.

When not in the courtroom, Randy enjoys playing guitar with his band, attending San Francisco Giants games, and spending time with his wife and their son.
