Skilled Representation For Fraud And Partnership Disputes
Our client, a small corporation and distributor of medical products, sued a multi-national corporation. The defendant corporation had an exclusive distribution arrangement to market our client's surgical laser. Our client contended that rather than using its best efforts to market the laser to the entire medical community, the defendant multi-national corporation tried to maximize their own profits by entering into partnerships directly with urologists and others in the medical community. The jury found that defendant breached the contract with our client, made intentional and negligent misrepresentations, and awarded a verdict of $9.3 million. Case settled on appeal after filing of opening brief. Plaintiffs' estimate the judgment was worth approximately $12.1 million at the time of settlement.

Business Litigation Lawyers Resolving Your Partnership Disputes
Like fraud cases, many partnership disputes involve startup companies and individuals who know each other. Unfortunately, these situations can lead to problems when business partnership agreements come too late.
At our firm, clients are generally assigned a litigation team that includes one of the firm's partners, an associate attorney, a paralegal and a legal assistant. This guarantees you a trial lawyer with 25 to 40 years of experience who will be actively involved in the management and handling of your case. It also ensures that a business law attorney who knows your case and who understands what is at stake for you will be available to respond to your needs.
